可靠度預估﹐常用的方法有三種

  1. parts count method--使用在設計初期﹐以零件數量及對應的不良率預估產品的可靠度
  2. stress analysis method--將設計應力與環境應力考慮進去預估零件不良率進而預估產品可靠度
  3. design similarity method--當採用全新零件時﹐可採用相近設計之零件進行可靠度之模擬推估
